Apple Pie, Peanut Butter Milkshakes, Oreo Cookies and Cocoa Krispies. Yes, I’ll have them all, please. RIGHT NOW. Honestly, I’d rather mix them all together and have a giant heavy bowl full of yumminess to work out my biceps rather than some giant 50 pound barbell. Ok, FINE, I’m still on the 10 pounder! But back to the title of this post. I LOVE DESSERT. And, what’s the point of all this exercise and fitness, if you’re not going to splurge on the goodness of chocolate every now and then. Or, how about the GREATNESS that is MINI COCONUT EASTER MOUNTAINS! The title alone is enough to make my mouth water. I haven’t had a chance to make them but this recipe from fitnesstoast.com sure does like a real nice breakfast…
